COVER THE GAP is owned by Rob Mitchell Brokers. We have been in business in the financial services industry since January 1990. We saw this product as an excellent added value product to the medical aid market. Since placing our clients onto the product, we have had numerous claims and prevented members from being left out of pocket. Since approaching Complimed in 2006, we have aquired the right to market this product on a large scale using the internet to get the product noticed in the market place. Due to the high cost of advertising we rely on word of mouth and various internet marketing campaigns to get this fantastic cost effective product to you, the end user.
Rob Mitchell Brokers Who is the Administrator?CompliMedCompliMed was formed in November 2003 and currently has approximately 42 000 principal members under administration, with a collective premium of more than R30 million per annum. In a strategic partnership with the underwriting manager, we utilise the Long and Short term license of the insurers. This enables us to develop and administer personalised cover for individuals or large employer groups. CompliMed works solely through a network of Independent and Corporate Brokers. The Head office is situated in Pinetown, where a team of 14 well-trained and equipped staff professionally handle all premium collections, claims and administration functions. We have approximately 150 licensed and accredited independent Brokers, spread around South Africa. They market our range of products which include Health Insurance, Funeral Cover and Waiver of Premium benefits.
